How do modern wooden houses differ from "classic" ones?
Modern designs more often emphasise large glazed surfaces and a more open shared space (living room + dining area), while the interior layout is geared to everyday convenience: clear flows, more natural light, convenient exits to the outdoors. Visually it is a less “decorative” and more contemporary, minimalist house.
What should I assess first when choosing a modern model?
The most important things are the plot and its orientation: where you want more sunlight, in which spaces privacy matters and on which side the terrace should be integrated. It is also worth naming your needs: how many bedrooms you need, whether a sauna, a storeroom or a separate entrance area is relevant, and whether you want a single-storey solution or a two-storey house.
Which solutions in modern houses are considered the most practical?
The most practical are usually those that “work” every day: when the terrace becomes a natural extension of the living room, when the exit to the yard is planned in a convenient spot, and the windows bring in light without causing discomfort, for example through a lack of privacy. If the plot is smaller, a compact option is often the better choice. Depending on the model, you can choose various additional solutions such as impregnation, insulation (walls, roof, floor), roof covering and its colour, a rainwater system and installation work. This lets the same design be adapted to different budgets and usage scenarios.

Delivery, installation and warranty
The delivery service price is not included in the cabin price – it is calculated individually based on the delivery location. We offer delivery and installation services throughout Lithuania.

All cabins come with a 5-year warranty (the specific application and terms of the warranty are stated in the information for the chosen model).
