Insulated wooden houses are usually chosen when:

the house will be used not only in summer but also in autumn or winter;

• residential comfort is required: bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen area;
• the building is intended for rental, guest accommodation or longer stays;
• a compact yet functional solution without complex construction is sought.

It is a rational choice for those who want a clear balance between price, warmth, aesthetics and real-life use.

Compared with uninsulated summer houses, insulated houses cost more, but the difference pays off in comfort and wider uses. Insulation reduces temperature swings, makes heating plannable and lets you use the house not only in summer but also in the cold season.

An insulated house is often chosen as a long-term solution: when the building is used frequently, rented out or fitted out in stages. In that case the investment in insulation helps avoid costly rework later and lets you adapt to changing needs.

The insulated wooden houses we offer come as standard with:

• 10 cm wall insulation,
• 10 cm floor insulation,
• 10 cm roof insulation.

This insulation ensures better airtightness, a more stable indoor temperature and comfort in the cooler season. Depending on your needs, the insulation thickness can be increased to 20 cm when planning longer or more intensive use.

It is important to understand: the wall thickness (44 mm) performs a structural function here, while the thermal performance comes precisely from the insulation layers.

Thicker insulation is recommended when:

the house will be used frequently or all year round;

• heating is planned (electric, air-to-air, etc.);
• the plot is in an open, windy location;
• lower heat losses and a more stable indoor climate are the aim.

In such cases you usually start with thicker roof and wall insulation, while the floor solutions are matched to the chosen foundations.

The price of an insulated house depends on the chosen model and package, but the base price already includes the main structural and insulation solutions that allow the house to be used in the cooler season. As standard, the price includes the walls, floor, roof structure, the wall, floor and roof insulation kits, windows and doors (according to the chosen package) and the roof covering.

Note that the base price does not include foundations, installation work, utilities (electrics, plumbing) or site preparation – these are agreed individually according to the plot conditions and the planned use. This model lets you control the budget clearly and avoid paying for solutions that are not needed in your case.
